Subcontractor Safety Programs must conform to the safety program requirements of Clark Contractors and the Owner. Subcontractors are also required to submit documentation, such as Competent Person Designations, Written Hazcom Programs, MSDS, Proof of Training/Certifications and Weekly Safety Meeting Minutes.
