Our Quality Control Process includes the following basic components:

  • Daily Management of Field Operations and Quality Control during Construction
  • Weekly Jobsite Meetings with our Foremen and Subcontractor's Foremen
  • Coordination of Plans & Specifications with Field Conditions
  • Compliance of Work with Plans & Specifications
  • Compliance of Work with Authorities Having Jurisdiction
  • Schedule & Facilitate Testing & Inspection Requirements
  • Schedule & Facilitate Commissioning Process
  • Facilitate Pre-Construction / Pre-Installation Meeting Requirements
  • Periodic Inspections During Construction
  • Tracking and Correction of Any Deficiencies
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping
  • Development & Completion of CLARK Team Final Punch List
  • Completion of A/E Team Final Punch List
  • One (1) Year Warranty Walk-Through with Owner & A/E Team

The monitoring and oversight of field operations by our General Superintendent provides the advantage of another "set of eyes" on the project to ensure compliance with the project requirements.
