Clark Contractors uses an internet-based Project Management System as a central database for document management and information sharing with the Owner and A/E Design Team.
The Project Management System is available anywhere with internet access (home, office or traveling), and provides an effective tool for documentation and tracking of the following:
- Shop Drawings & Submittals
- Requests For information (RFI)
- Daily Diaries
- Meeting Log, Agendas & Minutes
- Correspondence
- Progress Photos
