- Owner Training Sessions for All Systems Prior to Occupancy (Video-Taped)
- As-Builts & Close-Out Documents
- One Year Warranty
- List of Extended Warranties With Contact information
- Year End Walk-Through with Owner and Architect At End of Warranty Period
